Sea Mountain Golf Course, the newest nine hole course in Alaska is located in Sitka . It is a newly constructed nine -hole course with a putting green, chipping area, covered driving range and restaurant. The course is carved out of the natural terrain, a hillside typical of a Southeast Alaska rain forest.

The fairways are seeded with grass and the greens and tee boxes are artificial turf. Generally each hole has four tees.

The driving range and golf course are situated in the Granite Creek area with a beautiful view of Sitka Sound and Mt. Edgecombe. Location is four miles from down town Sitka. The official "opening day" was July 23rd 2008. We had a great short season! The course will be opening this year of course depending on the weather and the grounds keepers!! Our restaurant opens in May and will be open for lunch and dinner. Our menu includes but not limited to seafood, chicken, prime rib and steaks. We also have a huge wine selection as well as bottled beer and beer on tap.

There will be league play and tournaments planned for our first full season. Call or e-mail us to set up a tournament or special event.
